Salon Policies


Appointments

Being on time is greatly appreciated so you may receive your full service, as well as a courtesy to those who come after you.


In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Eden Salon please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes.


For spa packages, please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first appointment to prepare for your spa visit. A credit card is required to secure your services.


Cancellations

In an effort to avoid a possible charge for cancellation, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your appointment.


*Cancellations not made 24 hrs. prior to appointment is subject to $30.00 fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged at $50.00 fee to rebook.


To avoid being charged, please allow 72 hours for package/cancellations.


Quality Service Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service, please notify us immediately and we will consult with you to determine how we may satisfy you. No refunds or credit for services will be given.


Professional Retail Policy

We are proud to offer you high-quality professional retail salon and spa products. Products, with receipt, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for salon credit. No cash or charge refunds will be given.


Payments

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted for payment of services and products. Returned checks are subject to a fee. Tipping is always left to the discretion of our clients. Gratuities are welcomed and can be added in the forms of cash and can be added to your total services on a credit card.

To ensure your preferred appointment time and service provider we recommend you pre-book your next service while checking out.


Our salon emphasizes a soothing and relaxed adult environment. Children not receiving services are not permitted in any service areas for their own safety and as a courtesy to our guests. Our waiting area is for clients only.


*Color and extension services require a consultation and 50% deposit when booking.


*Bridal and bridal party appointments requires a consultation and signed contract and deposit before services are rendered.


*Eden Salon is not responsible for hair damage due to chemical and/or color procedures. Please consult fully and truthfully with your stylist.


*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
